Policies and Procedures

Sentry Chemical strives to provide our customers with a wide selection of quality
products, low pricing and quick delivery. It is Sentry Chemical's goal
to make your online shopping experience with us as convenient and hassle
free as possible. Please take a couple of minutes to review some of our
online shopping policies and procedures.
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 12noon EST normally ship the same day and
should arrive to you within 2-3 business days based on your ship-to location.
Sentry has a warehouse located in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. All Sentry
brand products will be shipped to you from this location. Sentry also
has several affiliate warehouses nationwide for all national brand orders.
Your order of national brand products will be shipped to you from the
closest warehouse based on product availability.
Freight and Shipping Policy
Our freight policy is structured to be easy and straightforward to you
our customer. As we grow we will continue to look for ways to keep freight
costs low and thus keep the cost to you, our customer as low as possible.
UPS Shippable Orders
Sentry Chemical will ship all UPS shippable orders at a sliding scale. If an order is:

Hazardous materials
shipped via UPS will be assessed the UPS hazardous materials fee of $20.00
per hazardous item per order. If Sentry determines that the order can
be shipped via common carrier at a lower cost we will do so and the hazardous
materials fee will not be charged. Also, Sentry Chemical reserves the
right to ship items that would normally be UPS shippable via common carrier
if it determines that this is the most economical or advantageous method
of delivering the product to the customer.
Non-UPS Shippable Orders
All orders exceeding 100 pounds, 70 pounds for hazardous materials, or
seven cases are shipped via common carrier. Some items due to their size
are not able to be shipped UPS. Freight charges for these orders will
be based on the shipping zone code destination. For orders with items
shipping from Sentry's warehouse, the zone code charges will apply and
may at times vary from an order shipped from our affiliate warehouses.
Please be assured that we want you to know exactly what the freight cost
will be for your order so that you can make an informed buying decision.
In no case will your freight charge be more than $50 and is free if your
order totals $300. Fees may some times be charged for inside delivery,
lift gate services or call ahead requests. In the event that Sentry is
charged a fee by the common carrier for any of these services, the customer
may be charged all or a portion of those charges in addition to the freight
charge.
Payment Terms and Options
Sentry Chemical accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. On line
orders are processed over an encrypted and secure site. We will also accept
checks and money orders. Generally, orders paid by check and money order
will not be processed until the funds have been received. If you are sending

Sales Tax
Sentry Chemical is required to charge sales tax on all orders to be shipped
to the states of Georgia. All other orders will be shipped sales tax free.
Return Policy
All unopened products purchased at Sentry Chemical's website can be returned
within the first ten days of your receipt provided you have received a
returned merchandise authorization from our customer support department.
You will be refunded the full purchase price of your order less any applicable
restocking fees. All freight charges associated with the return of the
product are the responsibility of the customer unless the return of the
product is due to an error made by Sentry Chemical.
Other Terms and Conditions
Credit may be established with proper references for corporate business
customers.
All shipments are F.O.B. shipping-point (warehouse) unless otherwise stated.
Sorry! We cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
